ADOPTING A SERENDIPITY AUSTRALIAN LABRADOOLE

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Australian Labradoodles. : ) The price of a SERENDIPITY COMPANION PUPPY is $2,750.00 for all colors unless otherwise stated in a litter announcement.A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on one of our waiting lists. There is an added shipping charge of $350.00 if we are shipping your puppy to you. You are always welcome to come and pick your puppy up at our home. To begin the ADOPTION PROCESS, please contact me at andrea@serendipitydoodles.com and I will send you a copy of our COMPANION PUPPY APPLICATION. Please fill out our application completely and fax it to us at 401 846-5646 or contact me for our mailing address.

Finding the right homes for our puppies is very important to us. When your completed application reaches us, we will review it and if we feel you are a good match for one of our puppies, your application will be accepted and I will notify you that you are ready to be added to one of our puppy waiting lists. Together we will discuss and determine which litter is right for you. Once we have determined which litter is best, we will then send you our HEALTH GUARANTEE CONTRACT and our COMPANION PUPPY PURCHASE CONTRACT for your review. Once you have reviewed our CONTRACTS and are in agreement, we will ask you to sign, date and witness both CONTRACTS and mail them back to us within 2 weeks along with your $300.00 non refundable deposit to secure your spot on your chosen litter’s puppy waiting list. Please do not fax contracts.

When puppies are born, we will contact you to let you know of their arrival. : ) : ) At this time, we will ask you for a second deposit of $1,000.00. We will not be able to tell you at birth which precious puppy will be yours. We can certainly appreciate and understand your excitement and ask that you please be patient. Puppies will be allocated between 6 and 7 weeks of age, not before. We will keep you updated via our website with individual photos of each puppy from birth to give you the opportunity to watch them grow.

AGAIN…We will not be able to tell you at birth which puppy will be yours. Puppies will be allocated between 6 and 7 weeks of age, not before.

We require the remainder of our Puppy Purchase Price, plus additional shipping charges if we are shipping your puppy to you, to be paid before your puppy turns 6 weeks of age.

When puppies reach 6 weeks of age, we will begin temperament testing and our puppy allocation process. This could take up to a week to complete; again, we kindly ask that you please be patient. Serendipity Labradoodles will choose (first) the puppies we will be retaining for breeding purposes. The remaining companion puppies will be allocated in the order in which deposits were received. We will do our best to grant to you all your puppy preferences and wishes but please remember…THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES WHEN IT COMES TO MOTHER NAUTRE.

At 7 weeks of age, you will know for sure which puppy is yours. YEAH!!! : ) : ) At this time all companion puppies will be spayed/neutered and microchipped. Puppies will be ready for your home one week later at 8 weeks. CONGRATULATIONS!!! : ) : ) At 8 weeks of age, your precious puppy needs and will thrive on individual attention and lots of your cuddles and love.

In the event Serendipity Labradoodles LLC cannot provide you with a suitable puppy from your chosen litter due to availability, gender, color, coat type or size, your non refundable $300.00 deposit will be applied towards one of our upcoming litters. Your position on that list will be determined by how many existing reservations I have already taken for that litter. We will do our very best to try and place you at the top. If you choose to pass and not wait for a puppy from one of our upcoming litters, your $300.00 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. All other received deposits will be returned to you promptly. Under special circumstances your initial $300.00 deposit may be considered for a refund.

We ship to any US or Canadian airport that is served by a non-stop flight out of Providence, RI. We make all the travel arrangements for you and let you know your puppy’s itinerary as soon as we have it. We stay at the airport with all puppies being shipped until they are safely on their flights. Oh…the attention they get! : ) : ) Our shipping charge of $350.00 includes: the cost of the flight, Health Certificate required for shipping, insurance, transportation to and from the airport and the airline transportation approved crate.

We can also meet you personally at the Providence, RI airport during our puppy shipping day if you choose to fly in to pick your puppy up and travel back with him/her in the airplane cabin. This is always a fun way to receive your puppy. I have used this option and it is a great opportunity for you to bond with and comfort your new puppy during his/her travel experience. I have found the cost of flying in to most US airports compared with the shipping cost of sending your puppy to you, to be comparable. If this is at all possible for you to do, this would be my preferred airline scenario and the second best way to receive your anticipated new arrival. The best way of course, would be for you to pick your precious puppy up at our home. : )

We would love/need to know when your BUNDLE OF PUPPY LOVE reaches you. : ) Otherwise, we will not sleep a wink until we do. Please call or e-mail us when your much awaited precious puppy is in your arms, safe and sound. : ) : ) : )
